Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Ability to read telemetry strips preferred.
Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: The patient population includes general medical patients with sepsis, COPD, bowel obstructions, CHF, etc. RNs are required to titrate insulin and heparin drips. No tele monitor techs are available on the unit. Tele monitoring is from a centralized location in AZ, reachable via the Ascom app on an iPhone. The unit uses CPAP and established BiPAPs only.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends as needed. Holidays as required.
Floating Requirements: First to float - Region I: Primary to St. Francis Hospital, but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region One: St. Anne Hospital - Burien, WA; Virginia Mason Medical Center - Seattle, WA; St. Francis Hospital - Federal Way, WA.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
