Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 24 months (2 years).
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have Level 1 experience or comparable Level 2 experience (in a larger city/large bed size)
Special Requests: You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you applied for day shift, you can apply for night shift on the same unit & facility, but you cannot apply for day shift at the same unit & facility.
Unit Details: Both inpatient and outpatient procedures are performed. Patient population includes neonates, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Services include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery.
Shift & Scheduling: Off-shift/on-call requirement: 4 - 5 shift obligations (shift/on-call) separate from scheduled daily shifts per 13-week contract; these may be weekday nights or weekend days/nights.
7 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
