Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as a traveler at a facility in this program in the last 3 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Pediatric facility experience required. Strong Neuro and Ortho experience required. Experience with neonates, infants, pediatric, and adolescent patient groups is required. Ultrasound procedure experience required. Experience with portables, inpatient, ER, PICU, NICU, and neonates is required. Inpatient surgical technologist experience required. Scrub experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Endo/laparoscopic experience preferred. ENT and robotics experience preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests: RTO must be included with the initial submission or it will not be approved. No RTO during the first 2 weeks due to orientation. Parking costs range from $2.25 to $11.50 depending on shift and assignment lot; subject to change per the Transportation Department.
Unit Details: Patients come from Alaska, Washington, Idaho, and Montana, and all cases are accepted regardless of ability to pay. Patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatric patients, adolescents, and adults.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend coverage is required. Call required: variable days and variable times as needed.
14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
